Buffalo Valley Repair is a 7,800 sq.ft. retail sales store and repair center for commercial and industrial equipment with related parking lot, stormwater management basin, on-lot sewage disposal area situated on a 3.4 acre parcel.  The Land Development Plan was designed to balance the earthwork quantities while considering the requirements of stormwater management.
