The Creek Ridge Farms Development is a 8 lot residential subdivision with related roadway, and stormwater management improvements situated on a 11.5 acre parcel.  The Subdivision & Land Development Plan was designed to maximize the lot layout while considering the requirements of stormwater management and Municipal requirements.
