Description:

The Nelson Martin Dairy Barn and Manure Pit is a 22,750 sq.ft. dairy barn building and 600,000 gallon & 400,000 gallon manure pits  with related driveway, sand lane, and stormwater management basin situated on a 117 acre parcel.  The Land Development Plan was designed based on the existing site conditions while considering the requirements of stormwater management.
