The Pineview Estates Development is a 55 lot residential subdivision with related roadway, sanitary sewer, water, and stormwater management improvements situated on a 38.8 acre parcel.  The Subdivision & Land Development Plan was designed to maximize the lot layout while considering the requirements of stormwater management and Municipal requirements.
