The Silvermoon Phase 2 Development is a 3 lot commercial subdivision with related roadway, sanitary sewer and stormwater management improvements situated on a 48 acre parcel.  The Land Development Plan was designed to maximize the lot layout while considering the requirements of stormwater management and Municipal requirements.
